Mr. Thomas Sweeney has practiced trial and appellate litigation in the federal and state courts focusing on healthcare, bank fraud, private securities, employment, and credit derivative issues. Tom has extensive experience counseling clients on antitrust, civil rights, and securities regulatory issues. He is admitted to the bars of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to law school, He taught sixth, seventh, and eighth grade English at the Visitation Catholic School on the South Side of Chicago as a member of the Inner-City Teaching Corps, a volunteer organization serving underprivileged neighborhoods throughout Chicago.
