The DELT(A)³ Academy, which stands for Developing Exceptional Leaders Through Academics, Arts, and Athletics, is a leadership development academy for elementary and middle school aged children. The goal of this program is to emphasize and develop, through academics, arts, and athletics, the traits of our greatest leaders. The mission of the DELT(A)³ Academy rests squarely upon three core beliefs

1. Our leaders must be able to critically think, assess situations, and strategically plan appropriate responses;

2. Our leaders must be able to effectively communicate their thoughts to those around them;

3. Our leaders must understand and make decisions regarding the best interests of their communities.

The DELT(A)³ Academy endeavors to develop a cadre of young leaders who understand and embody these beliefs and who can apply them to their lives and to the lives of those around them. In turn, leading their lives, in a way that demonstrates they appreciate their full capacity and are willing to work hard to maximize it.
